In a court filing Thursday, Circuit Court Judge Michael McHugh denied the Writ of Certiorari filed by residents who live close to the Red Coconut property. Seagate can now proceed with their plans to redevelop the property. [read more]
 

London Bay has asked the town to defer their Outrigger property presentation to the town Council until August. The Town Council does not meet in July. The special meeting scheduled for June 3rd specifically for this project has been canceled. [read more]
 

Out of a possible score of 250, Fort Myers Beach Town Council Vice Mayor Scott Safford gave Town Manager Will McKannay a score of 242. It was the lowest score of all 5 council members. [read more]
