At a Special Magistrate hearing Tuesday, attorney Noel Davies, representing Sergei Kaminskiy, told Judge John Laningham that a demo contract has been signed and as soon as a permit is issued by the town, the structure will be gone within 30 days. The town is skeptical. [read more]
 

On Tuesday the Fort Myers Beach Local Planning Agency will consider a proposal to rebuild the commercial building at 1901 Estero Boulevard that was home to Hoosier’s restaurant and other retail businesses. [read more]
 

After a 6 hour Town Council public hearing last month, the final vote on the proposed food truck entertainment venue on Estero Boulevard will be taken Monday. The Town Council voted 5-0 to move the item to Monday’s final public hearing. There were stipulations. [read more]
